Executive Director and CEO, RE&S Group Fenton Foo Mr Fenton Foo first joined RE&S in 2008 as a Deputy Director and later took on the role of CFO overseeing the organisation’s finance function. Prior to joining RE&S, Mr Foo held several leadership roles across various industries including the financial sector and F&B sector. Fast forward to today, Mr Foo currently serves as our CEO overseeing the strategic planning of RE&S and its operations. He is also in charge of steering business development and monitoring the company’s performance while managing legal and corporate governance.

As a visionary leader, he is responsible for building, maintaining and inspiring an effective team while ensuring sustainable growth for RE&S.

 Executive Director and COO, RE&S Group Lim Shyang Zheng A Public Service Commission (PSC) government scholar and an engineer by training, Mr Lim Shyang Zheng joined RE&S in 2010. Today, Mr Lim oversees the entire Supply Chain Management, and is responsible for driving productivity across the organization. He also plays a key role in the concept development and operations of RE&S’ retail arm, as well as in charting the growth of RE&S’ B2B businesses.

A strong believer in meritocracy, Mr Lim is committed towards enriching the career development of all RE&S employees. His ambition for RE&S is to build strong brands that can serve our customers throughout their life stages, an extension of founder Hiroshi Tatara's vision to make Japanese food accessible to the masses. With over two decades of experience in the finance industry, Ms Yap joined RE&S in 2014 as an accountant, and rose through the ranks to her current appointment as Group CFO in 2022. Ms Yap graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting. She is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. As the Group's CFO, Ms Yap Fang Ling is responsible for the Group's overall financial reporting, financial planning, treasury and risk management functions. She also concurrently heads the Information Technology Department of the Group.
