SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Food safety and quality starts from the source. Prior to engaging any new supplier, RE&S conducts a comprehensive review of the supplier’s accreditation and compliance. Random monthly audits are subsequently conducted on our suppliers to verify the upkeep of standards in their operations.

Products received at our Central Kitchen are subject to stringent checks including microbial analysis, and proper cold chain management to maintain their quality and freshness.

CENTRAL KITCHEN PRODUCTION

Our FSSC 22000-certified 50,000-sqft central kitchen produces over 10 tonnes of food daily. It boasts a fully controlled internal environment, air shower sanitizing zones and a dedicated inhouse food testing laboratory that conducts rigorous tests using sophisticated measuring instruments. This ensures the safety and consistency of the products that are supplied to our outlets.

OUTLET QUALITY ASSURANCE

The same commitment to quality assurance carries through to our outlets which are certified under SS590 Food Safety management system. Besides regular internal audits, an annual surveillance check is also conducted by TUV SUPD PSB as part of ongoing efforts to ensure food safety standards.
