We’ve refreshed &Rewards to make earning rewards simpler and more flexible across our growing family of participating brands. With the new points-based system, every dollar you spend now counts towards rewards, and you can redeem them anytime.
All stamps and spin chances in your account as of 31 March 2026 have been automatically converted into points:
- 1 stamp = 20 points
- 1 spin chance = 300 points
The previous stamp system and spin wheel have now been replaced by the new points-based programme.
You can use your points anytime before they expire on 31 March each year.
The stamp card system has been replaced by our new points-based &Rewards programme and is no longer available.
If you had any stamps as of 31 March 2026, they have already been converted into points, so you can continue using them towards rewards. With the new system, every dollar you spend now earns points automatically, and you can redeem rewards anytime, without needing to complete a full stamp card.
No, existing &Rewards members can continue using their current account. Your stamps and spin chances have already been converted into points automatically.

Earning Points
Simply present your membership before payment at participating outlets. Every $1 spent earns you points automatically.
- Classic Tier: $1 spent = 1 point
- Gold Tier: $1 spent = 1.1 points
Points are usually credited immediately after your transaction is completed.
Points can be earned across participating RE&S brands. To view participating brands, login to our members’ portal to view all locations.
Points are awarded based on the final amount paid after vouchers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure your membership was scanned before payment. If points are still missing, contact our support team HERE and we’ll be happy to assist you.
No, all points are non-transferable.
Points must be credited at the time of payment and cannot be added after the transaction is completed.
Points are valid until 31 December of the year they are earned.
To allow sufficient time to redeem points earned towards the end of the year, a grace period until 31 March of the following year applies.
After this date, any unused points will expire and cannot be extended or reinstated.
Redemption
Log in to your &Rewards account and use your points to redeem vouchers from the Redemption Catalogue.
Your redeemed vouchers will be stored in your eWallet under My Rewards.
To use them in-store, simply present the valid voucher(s) in My Rewards to our staff before making payment.
Login to our Members’ Portal HERE.
You can redeem a variety of rewards including dining vouchers, cash vouchers and exclusive member offers across participating RE&S brands. Available rewards may vary from time to time. Login to your &Rewards account and navigate to Redemption Catalogue to access the rewards available.
Reward vouchers are generally stackable, unless otherwise stated.
Yes, you may gift your voucher to another &Rewards member. Do ensure the receiver’s email address is correct to ensure successful transfer.
No. Rewards must be redeemed and presented before payment in order to be used.
Once a reward has been redeemed, points cannot be reversed or refunded.
Some rewards may be limited-time only or available only to selected members.
Scratch Card
Scratch card is a fun way for us to reward you. Win bonus points or vouchers with every $300 spent. Each scratch card gives you a chance to win bonus rewards such as points or vouchers worth up to $80.
You will automatically receive a sure-win scratch card for every $300 spent. You may access your active scratch cards by signing in to your &Rewards account, and clicking on the link below the card face on your home page.
Scratch cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

You will be upgraded to Gold membership once your total spend reaches $3,000 within your membership cycle (12 months from your sign-up date as a Classic member).
Your upgraded tier status will be reflected in your account the next day and will be valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade.
Your membership will be upgraded automatically once you meet the qualifying spend of $3000 within your membership cycle.
- Earn 10% more points on each spend
- $20 Birthday Voucher
- Complimentary ocha per visit, at participating stores.
Gold membership is valid for 12 months, from the day of upgrade. To maintain Gold status, the qualifying spend of $3000 must be met in the cycle.
