Ingredients
4 x 150 grams Salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
6 tbsp roasted Kuriya sesame dressing
300 grams of cabbage – sliced
2 tomatoes – cut into 8 wedges
2 avocado – cut into cubes
4 tsp Temaki nori – julienne (cut into short, thin strips)

Instructions
1. Season salmon with salt and pepper
2. Sear salmon on pan on all sides quickly for about 30 seconds each side
3. Place salmon onto the plate, and keep it aside
4. In a mixing bowl, add cabbage, cut tomatoes and avocado,
pour in Kuriya sesame dressing and toss well
5. Divide salad into 4 portions
6. Slice seared salmon into thin slices (or cubes, if preferred),
and place on top of salad
7. Sprinkle with Temaki nori strips and serve
