Ingredients for Pâte à Cigarette

40g unsalted butter
50g wheat flour
35g icing sugar
35g egg whites

Ingredients for Decoration

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2pcs canned peach
50g raspberry puree
2pcs mint leaves



1. Place all the ingredients for Pâte à Cigarette in the bowl of a stand mixer to form a smooth batter.
2. Pour the mixture into a round shape mold and spreading out evenly. Bake at 200 degree C for about 3-4 minutes.
3. Place the Pâte à Cigarette in middle of the plate. Add the ice cream and peach on top.
4. Swirl the raspberry puree around the plate and garnish with a little fresh mint leafs.
